Broadband ptychography using curved wavefront illumination

چکیده

We examine the interplay between spectral bandwidth and illumination curvature in ptychography. By tailoring divergence of illumination, broader bandwidths can be tolerated without requiring algorithmic modifications to forward model. In particular, a strong wavefront transitions far-field diffreaction geometry an effectively near-field one, which is lees affected by temporal coherence effects. The relaxed requirements allow for leveraging wider larger spots. Our findings open up new avenues towards utilizing pink broadband beams increased flux throughput at both synchrotron facilities lab-scale beamlines.
